Zuri Glow · 10% Urea Body Cream
You've been exfoliating the wrong layer.
The small rough bumps on the backs of your arms and thighs don't sit on your skin. They form underneath it — which is why every scrub you've tried worked for about an hour.

Why the scrub never worked
It isn't that you weren't exfoliating hard enough. The bump isn't where you were scrubbing.
A plug forms inside the follicle
Keratin — the protein your skin is built from — hardens inside the pore instead of shedding.
Scrubbing only clears the top
Loofahs, dry brushes and sugar scrubs take off the surface above it. The plug underneath is untouched.
So it's back by morning
Smooth for an hour, then the texture returns. That's the cycle, and it's why "exfoliate more" is bad advice.
Urea works on the plug, not the surface
Urea is a humectant and a keratolytic: it pulls water into the skin and softens hardened keratin. It works where the buildup actually is, rather than polishing over it.
We print the percentage. Most brands don't. A cosmetic can legally say "with urea" while containing a fraction of one percent. Ours says 10% urea on the jar, because that number is the entire product.

What this won't do
We'd rather you buy it knowing exactly what you're getting.
It isn't a cure
This kind of skin texture is usually genetic. It comes back if you stop.
It isn't overnight
Skin turns over slowly. Give it four weeks of daily use before you judge it — you have ninety.
It won't fix redness
Urea changes texture. Tone is a different problem, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

How to use it
Straight out of the shower, on skin that's still damp — that's when urea has the most water to hold onto. A thin layer on the backs of the arms, thighs, or wherever the texture is. Once a day for the first month, then a few times a week to keep it.
Questions
Will it sting?
Urea at 10% is a mild strength and usually doesn't. If your skin is very dry or freshly shaved it may tingle briefly. Patch-test first if you're sensitive.
Can I use it on my face?
It's formulated for the body. Don't.
How long does delivery take?
Free across the US, typically 5–8 days. You'll get tracking by email once it ships.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email us within 90 days and we'll refund you. You don't need to send the jar back — posting a used jar of cream costs you a trip to the post office and costs us more than the jar is worth.
Ninety days. Keep the jar either way.
Use it for a month. If your skin doesn't feel different, email us and we'll refund you — no return, no postage, no questions.
